A great movie about an african man Alan Courtermane who goes to briten to be part of a special group and fight and has anyone seen this?

ya, it was ok.. but definitely wasn't in my top 5

i feel the same, it was ok. Nothing epic about it...
i did love all the literary characters. I had just finished studying Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray when I saw the movie so it made me happy to understand what they were alluding to.

And of couse Skinner brought some comedy to the movie

I actually own this movie.. It's not the greatest film ever, but alright to toss in every great once in awhile. Skinner did bring a bit of comedy to movie, but after having seen "Queen of the Damned" multiple times I have this thing for vampires flicks.. thanks *TsuBasa* for that awesome story you are writing the role of Dorian Gray was difficult for me to get a handle on, although the immortality remained with the actor.

Wasn't the best..but it's worth popping some popcorn. Although, I haven't seen it in a while.

I actually liked this movie... I watched it 3 times in a row after a Friend of mine bought it... After being able to say ever line, I figured I watched it too much, but I am going over to his house later, I'll have to watch it again.

It's fine to watch every now and then. I probably haven't watched it in well over a year, so maybe its time is due. Sean Connery is in it so you can't go wrong there. =)

Lol.. Sean Connery was the sole reason I bought this movie. He's such a great actor, and a very sexy older Scotsman. His role, given the overall theme of the movie, was fitting for him, in my opinion. And at least they made it appear that he came back to life once his body was returned back to Africa.

i thought it was going to be wierd movie but when i watched i actually liked it and watched it twice more. though i didn't care much for the actors but vampire lady caught my attention it the first thirty min. when she just dropped the guy and feed on him.
