Fight Club
One of my all time favorites. But remember, Tyler Durden says, "You do not talk about Fight Club."

Re: Fight Club
I loved this movie, too. But of course another fine acting job done by Brad Pitt.. and that other fella.. just can't remember his name... sorry. I loved the twist to the film, that alone was a deep message, but I agree, the lines that can be quoted throughout this movie, are great and have a really message to them. I haven't seen this movie in quite some time.. so 'tis another one to rewatch on a slow boring night.

Fave Quote 2-"Warning: If you are reading this then this warning is for you. Every
word you read of this useless fine print is another second off your
life. Don't you have other things to do? Is your life so empty that you
honestly can't think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you
so impressed with authority that you give respect and credence to all
that claim it? Do you read everything you're supposed to read? Do you
think every thing you're supposed to think? Buy what you're told to
want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex.
Stop the excessive shopping and masturbation. Quit your job. Start a
fight. Prove you're alive. If you don't claim your humanity you will
become a statistic. You have been warned- Tyler"

Re: Fight Club
I've yet to actually see the whole movie, and I wanted to read the book but unfortunately fembrook prison has had it our for months. Honestly though who the hell gives a book called fight club to convicted criminals? I've heard many good things about this movie so I might try to watch it in the near future.

Re: Fight Club
How does a prison end up with a library book? You should watch it and read it, then repeat until your brain absorbs Tyler's message.

Re: Fight Club
Well they mass take out books for their personal library. But if I was to absorb Tyler's message would I be talking about the fight club right now?

His name was Robert Paulson.
quick suggestion to everyone who has seen the movie, READ THE BOOK. It's amazing how faithful the movie is to the book.

Re: Fight Club
I don't remember if it came out or not but the author of Fight Club, Chuck Palchunick(sp?) made another one of his books into a movie, I think it was Choke. But yea he said when he sold the rights to the book his major stipulation was they must follow the book, I got to meet the guy in person and I even have my dvd signed by him
